The Architecture and Sustainability and Facility Management programs’ reputations for developing high-caliber graduates has resulted in a nearly 100% placement rate. Your future employers know you have been well prepared for professional life and that you will make valuable contributions to the organizations that are in your future.
“The only limitations in life are the ones that you accept and do nothing about. It took me a good year and a half to figure out how to balance an intense program while working to support myself. It was by far one of the most challenging times of my life.”
For Jackie Somers, Class of 2011, attaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility Management was both a challenge and an achievement. She was the first person in her family to graduate from college, and her hard work paid off. Jackie is a Facilities Coordinator with CSI Support & Development, a co-op organization that manages rental communities for seniors in four states. She co-manages the over 20 CSI properties in Michigan, completes building inspections, coordinates contractors, assists with capital planning, and writes long-term plans for the company’s locations.
